99ad Terms & Conditions — The Complete Binding Agreement for All Platform Users

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "99ad", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 99ad platform, a company incorporated and licensed under an international gaming jurisdiction.
• "Platform" means the 99ad website accessible at 99ad.one and any associated mobile-optimised interface, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

3.1 Minimum Age: The Platform is strictly available to persons aged 21 years or older. This is an absolute requirement and is not negotiable or subject to any exception. 99ad enforces this requirement at the point of registration and through KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal.

3.2 Jurisdiction: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are physically located at the time of access. 99ad makes no warranty that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited.

3.3 Underage Access: If 99ad has reason to believe, or discovers following KYC review, that a Player is under the age of 21, 99ad will immediately suspend the Account, freeze the Wallet balance, and conduct an investigation. All transactions made during the period of suspected underage access may be voided. 99ad is committed to preventing underage gambling and cooperates fully with applicable regulatory authorities on such matters.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions: Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is unlawful do so at their own risk and in breach of these Terms. 99ad reserves the right to restrict access, close Accounts, and withhold funds where a Player's jurisdiction renders their use of the Platform unlawful.

4. Account Registration

4.1 To use any real-money gaming service on 99ad, you must register for an Account. Registration is free of charge.

4.2 Each individual may hold only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 99ad employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts and will take enforcement action, including permanent Account closure and forfeiture of balances, upon discovery.

4.3 During registration, you must provide:

• A valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS;
• A secure password of sufficient complexity as specified on the registration form;
• Accurate date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;

4.5 99ad reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

5. Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued during the two-factor authentication process.

5.2 You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and 99ad shall not be liable for any resulting loss except where caused by 99ad's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

5.3 You must notify 99ad immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised. 99ad may suspend your Account pending investigation upon receiving such notification.

5.4 99ad will never request your full password by email, live chat, telephone, or any communication method. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 99ad support immediately.

5.5 You agree to use the Platform from a secure device and network. 99ad strongly recommends against logging in from public Wi-Fi networks, shared devices, or devices that you do not own and control.

6. Deposits and Payments

6.1 99ad accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees). Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the deposit interface.

6.6 99ad reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on deposits that trigger internal fraud monitoring thresholds, and may delay crediting pending the completion of such checks.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as specified in the withdrawal interface of your Account.

7.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is (a) registered in your name and (b) the same method used to make deposits, unless otherwise approved by 99ad's payments team following a completed verification review.

7.3 KYC Requirement: Full KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a mandatory licensing requirement and is not discretionary.

7.4 JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other financial institutions are subject to standard banking processing times, which may extend to several business hours.

7.5 Withdrawal requests may be subject to review for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. 99ad is required by its licensing conditions to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Processing may be delayed during such reviews.

7.6 Active Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal. Only the real-money portion of your Wallet balance that is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

7.7 99ad reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawal payments where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Terms breach, or money laundering, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 99ad offers bonuses and promotional incentives at its sole discretion. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including but not limited to eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, time limits, and maximum bonus conversion caps. These specific terms are published alongside the promotion and form part of the overall agreement.

8.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.

8.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through strategies including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software, hedging bets across platforms, or creating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential Account closure.

8.4 Bonuses not claimed within the specified expiry period will be forfeited automatically. 99ad is not obliged to notify Players of imminent bonus expiry, though it may choose to do so as a courtesy.

8.5 99ad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and with or without notice, provided that any such modification shall not adversely affect bonuses that have already been accepted and are actively being wagered under the original terms.

9. Gaming Rules

9.1 Each game type available on the 99ad Platform — including live casino, sports betting, slot games, lottery, and fishing games — is governed by specific game rules that are displayed within the relevant game interface or help section. These game rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

9.2 Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, network failure, or system error that affects the integrity of a gaming session, 99ad reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Wallet. 99ad will not be liable for any losses claimed to arise from a failure to complete a gaming session due to technical reasons.

9.3 Sports Betting: All sports bets are subject to the applicable betting rules for the relevant sport and market. 99ad reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were published in error, where there is evidence of match manipulation, or where the result is subject to a formal dispute by the relevant sporting authority.

9.4 Void Bets: Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet. No compensation, other than the return of the original stake, is owed in respect of a voided bet.

9.5 The outcomes of all games on the 99ad Platform are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical action of trained live dealers operating in regulated studios. 99ad does not manipulate game outcomes.

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99ad Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, markets, or the Platform interface;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the Platform;
• Depositing funds from payment instruments not registered in your name;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in any game or Platform feature;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 99ad staff, dealers, or other players;
• Circumventing geo-restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms.

10.2 Upon discovery of any prohibited conduct, 99ad reserves the right to take immediate enforcement action, which may include: suspension or permanent closure of the Account; withholding or forfeiture of Wallet balances; voiding of bets or game winnings associated with the prohibited conduct; and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 99ad is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The Platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the amount you may deposit;
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications alerting you when a specified time period has elapsed during a gaming session;

12. Intellectual Property

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code;
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without 99ad's prior written consent;

12.3 The 99ad name, logo, and brand identifiers are trademarks belonging to the 99ad operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99ad, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming session, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

13.2 99ad's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 99ad's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13.4 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 99ad makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

14. Account Termination and Closure

14.1 By You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting 99ad support. Prior to closure, all applicable KYC verification must be completed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited, and the remaining real-money Wallet balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

14.2 By 99ad: 99ad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and with immediate effect if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information;
• Your Account is used for money laundering or any other criminal activity;
• You have not logged in for more than 24 consecutive months (inactive account policy);
• Regulatory or licensing requirements necessitate Account closure.

14.3 Where an Account is closed due to a Terms breach, 99ad may withhold the Wallet balance pending the outcome of any internal investigation. Where funds are withheld as a result of confirmed fraud or money laundering, they may be reported to and retained by the relevant authorities.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

16. Amendments to These Terms

16.1 99ad reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

16.2 Where amendments are material — affecting Player rights, payment terms, or key obligations — 99ad will provide notice to registered Players via their registered contact details with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory order.
